Looks like he is really sticking his neck out for some reason!
I've run around that lake a couple dozen times and have never seen any turtles. I guess I better pay better attention.

It must be great to be a turtle, all day basking in the sun and when it gets too hot, a dip in the water. Taken at Kiwanis Park.
